SouthamptonSouthampton is a city with a celebrated past and a lively present. It will be the home of the EUC 2007 tournament. Located on the south coast of England, Southampton became world famous as a major port serving the great liners. Nowadays the city's waterfront is still home to a number of the biggest and best known cruise ships.
The region offers some of Britain's most ancient places of interest including the prehistoric site of Stonehenge and the New Forest , one of the oldest woodlands in Europe, together with long stretches of dramatic and varied coastline. Getting to Southampton is very easy. London and its airports are only 1 hour away by road or by rail and Southampton Airport is just a 5 minute walk from the Tournament Centre.
