Opening Ceremony

EUC 2007 will be officially opened by the Mayor of Southampton. The ceremony will be in the stadium on Sunday 29 July at 3.15pm. This will be followed by a Showcase game between two of the favourites in the Women's Division - Great Britain and Germany. Entry to the Opening Ceremony and Showcase game is free to all members of the public.

Finals Day

EUC 2007 can be likened to Wimbledon - several competitions run alongside each other all week on 16 fields around the venue. Saturday 4 August is Finals Day - with the gold medal games from the three largest divisions (Open, Women & Junior Open) all being held in the Stadium.

Entry on Finals Day is free for children under 16, and £5 for adults. There will be food and other refreshments available from the restaurant, bars and barbecue, as well as official EUC gear on sale in the merchandise shops.

There is parking at the venue, however we recommend you use public transport - the Uni-link service U1 connects the city to the airport, only 3 minutes' walk from the Tournament Centre. For directions see our Venue pages.

Player & Guest Fees

Payments are divided into Team and Player fees. Accommodation and Food options are available for purchase separately.

There are a number of Guest passes available. If you need access to the fields and facilities during the week (for example if you are a Coach or Physio) you will need to purchase one of these packages. Spectating on a weekday (ie not the Saturday finals) is free. Children under 16 also get free entry on Saturday.

There are two ways to purchase a Guest pass. If you are staying with a team you should register through their rostering system. If you are not coming with a team, download the Guest Pass Application Form and send it to us.

Half Week and Weekend passes must be booked and paid for by 6:00pm on Monday July 30. Finals ticekts can be purchased on site. For other booking and payment information please email guests@euc2007.org.
