If you do not wish to book official EUC2007 accommodation, there is a wide range of hotels, guest houses and other alternatives available in Southampton. However, please take note that the week after EUC2007 is Cowes Week, a particularly busy time for the region.

The best place to start looking for rooms is the Visit Southampton website. You can search according to price or location, and will be able to find information on all the places to stay in Southampton.

The Social Centre is located in Highfield, a residential area in the north of the city. The nearest hotel is the Highfield House Hotel, and immediately next to the Tournament Centre is the Airport Premier Travel Inn.

The Uni-link bus services run between the city centre, the Social Centre and the Tournament Centre, so most city centre hotels and guest houses are within a few minutes walk of a bus-stop. You can find full details of the bus routes and timetables at the Uni-link website.
